Tapey

Tapey is rice wine that’s made in the Mountain Province in the Philippines. I enjoyed drinking this, and it has a similar taste to makgeolli which I also love.

Making more bubod

I wasn’t successful making tapey with the yeast balls that I got online, so I’m attempting to make more with my last remaining bubod by following this tutorial.
